Safe Isolation Provider (SIP)

We deliver an end-to-end field procedure covering compliant safe isolation, energisation and de-energisation at the meter point. Our crews install 2-pole and 4-pole isolators, upgrade meter tails, and execute mains de-energisation and re-energisation across 230 V to 415 V supplies — with every action evidenced against the relevant D-Flow market messages. Our engineers operate to EAWR 1989, GS38, HSG85 and the REC Customer Safeguarding Code, and the audit trail is generated as the work progresses.

Our fully automated Meter Data Retriever platform collects half-hourly and non-half-hourly reads, orchestrates smart-meter and manual reads, and runs daily exception sweeps. Data is validated, gap-filled and pushed through the ElectraLink DTS network as REC C01 / C02 / D-Flow market messages, while portfolio dashboards, monthly audits and on-demand evidence packs remain available to every supplier we serve.
